50kw Installation at Belhaven Fruit Farm

In Three weeks the PV Roofs install team have been working all they can to ensure installations are complete before the 12th December 2011. The men have installed two 50kw systems, one 43kw system, one 10kw system, and many domestic 4kw systems. The Fruit Farm at Belhaven was one of the large 50kw systems that has been installed recently and once the scaffolding was up, it only took the team 4 days to install the equipment onto the roof and complete the electrical work.

With the scaffolding up the men were ready to start installing.

The system is estimated to produce around 43312.60kwh per annum and has a payback time of around 7.3 years.

 

The installation was complete using:

212 Q Cell Base 235w solar PV panels

3 x 17000TL Sunnyboy SMA Inverters

Railing system: Trapezoid Sol Mounting System.
